Who are Enable Education?
Enable Education is a trading name of Seating Online Limited (SOL). We specialise in the supply of chairs, desks, tables and office equipment to the education sector, and are able to offer the most competitive prices together with top rate customer service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our secure payment gateway accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and Amex. We are also able to accept Paypal payments.
Do you accept payments on account?
Payments on account are available to customers with a pre-approved credit account. If you don't have a credit account and would like to apply for one, please contact customerservice@osmgroup.co.uk or continue with order placement, and one of our team will contact you to discuss.
Delivery FAQs
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The majority of our products will be delivered within one working day to UK mainland destinations, if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, but exclude any Bank Holidays. Deliveries to highland and island locations in Scotland will usually take between one and two days longer. Titan products are not generally available on a next day service, and will typically take 5 -7 days to be delivered. Deliveries are made only on working days, between 9am and 6pm.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping to UK locations is free for orders of £250 or more. For orders less than £250 the delivery charge is £250.
What if there is a problem with delivery or my goods are faulty?
We minimise issues with delivery and faulty goods by using only trusted couriers and employing strict QC procedures in the warehouse. In the unlikely event that there is an issue please email sales@officesupermarket.co.uk and you will receive a response within 24 hours letting you know that we have received your email and are dealing with the problem.
Returns and Guarantees FAQs
Do your products have guarantees?
All of our products have a minimum guarantee of 2 years. Many products have guarantees of 5 years or more, and Titan One Piece chairs feature a 20 year guarantee.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14 day returns policy if you are unsatisfied with your order. The item will need to be returned as shipped, so disassembly may be required. You will need to return the item within 14 calendar days of Enable Education confirming receipt of cancellation.
